My dogs breasts fall, after it had been done with warmth, but she was not pregnant. Unfortunately, the sagging breasts come with heat and the pregnancy, I can not really say for sure. in a month or so you know whether she was pregnant.
The male is not much to the woman, a few minutes everything was done to fertilize.
Take her to the vet to be sure, women sometimes have false pregnancies that mimic with all the symptoms but not the puppies. Or you can get infections or tumors in the breast. Dogs have breast cancer. If you are pregnant, you need a warning for you to start preparing. Ask your vet what to do.
